We are 4 ppl working at our Hostel from morning to night. We would actually enjoy having a volunteer that could help us for 4 hrs during the day (morning for breakfast and/or evening at the bar) and spend their nights at the hostel. We have no night reception/shift, it would only be useful to have someone we can trust to close the place at night and be there only in case of excessive noise/late check-ins/emergencies.

This was one of the most interesting and challenging volunteer experiences I've had. However, I can honestly say it was also an incredible and unique experience. You learn a lot, and the people are always there to support you. Thank you, Pau, Rafa, and the rest of the team for making this such a memorable experience. I highly recommend this volunteer program.

I had a good overall experience. I worked mainly the morning shift, which is busy. The hostel never required me to stay longer, but at first I sometimes chose to stay 20–40 minutes to finish everything. The tasks aren't difficult, but there is a specific routine to learn, so beginners may find it challenging. Communication could be more consistent, as different people sometimes give different instructions. On the positive side, the accommodation is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, laundry is free, and there are bar benefits. Location is excellent. Thanks you, the hostel!

10/10! Great staff (made good friends), reasonable work, relaxed atmosphere. You'll be in dead centre of Naples but just outside the noise! I could easily stay here a much longer time and feel welcomed, respected, and fulfilled. Best WP experience so far.
