Why we need deposit Unfortunately some of staffs breaks the items in guest house . Some of them can’t work and leave without arranging job schedule. If the above case happens, we need to consider that staff can start here. But don’t worry, 99% staff are no problem! And staff can get the money before leaving here. Thank you!

There is no words to describe how good was this experience. It was my first volunteer and it couldn't have gone better. Madoka is sweet and is always helping us with the daily activities. Their work is as described, simple and straight forward. Their location of the host is superb, 200 meters from teradacho station. Since you can go anywhere by train in Japan they is a good point. The only improvement I would suggest to the host is the WiFi speed. If you work remote and require fast speed internet, you will have some problems depending the amount of people that are currently staying ther
