We're a hostel where people all over the world come to stay. We also operate a hotel at a ski resort, and we would be happy if you could have a look as well. https://www.worldpackers.com/positions/81648

Totalmente recomendado

Tokyo is big but the hostel is the hostel. I befriended so many locals and internationals here. LJ itself is a simple place, but it is a convenient home with amazing staff and guests, sat within the biggest city in the world. If you can make a good time of that, then come to LJ. Work is standard, well organised and very well communicated. I became more comfortable and motivated with Japanese (and tidbits of every other language, it seemed). I encourage you to come spend a few months here.

I had a good experience volunteering at the hostel. The location is great, the staff is kind and welcoming, and the working hours are exactly as described. The tasks are simple and easy to handle. I recommend the hostel for volunteering. Arigatou gozaimasu!!!

The hostel has been a very fun experience:) the work is easy and you will end your shift very fast, even though sometimes it can be a the hostel bit physical. I didn't stayed in the hostel, but in a sharehouse the owner has 20 minutes away from LJ, and it was really good. The volunteers I met were great people and we had some much fun. The local staff is also very nice, even though we didn't hanged out many times. The owner wasn't around a lot and sometimes communicating with him could be tough, but he was nice. Also, now there's a manager, Yusuke, who's really kind! Overall I had a good time!
