We are looking for a practical and reliable volunteer to support ongoing maintenance and improvement projects at our hostel. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who already has experience with painting and basic repairs. Attention to detail and a good work ethic are very important for us — we value doing things properly.

I had such an amazing experience here! The work was easy and the hours were very reasonable, so I had plenty of time to relax and explore. From the beginning, I felt like this place was my second home. The nature and beaches around the hostel are absolutely beautiful, with some of the most incredible sunsets I've ever seen. The whole place has such a peaceful, cozy, and welcoming vibe. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and special volunteering experience!

I had the most AMAZING firsttime-voulenteeringexperience at the hostel! The work was easy to learn -5 hours a day 5 days a week followed by 2 days off. On your days off you Could either Stay in the hostel or go visit another town. The staff is absoulutely amazing! Very welcoming and kind. I instantly felt at Home and very safe. The experience and the staff has taught me so many amazing things. I had the best time at the hostel! Thank u to everyone who was there doing my Stay! I Can not reccomend enough! I am FOREVER grateful🫶

My stay at the hostel was the best first volunteering experience I could have asked for. Everyone on the staff was very welcoming and always willing to help. The tasks were diverse, easy to learn, and the working hours were respected. It was possible to plan short trips during days off and enjoy free surfing lessons! Carolina cares about the volunteers and actively takes steps necessary to make the conditions better and better. the hostel is a tiny, quiet village but has beautiful coastlines, and with multiple volunteers present at once and an engaged staff, it never gets boring:) Highly recommend!
