John and Victor are lovely, and the work the charity does is absolutely essential. At first it did feel a little like I was there more to donate money than my time or expertise, but I was able to discuss my concerns about this openly with John, who was great about it, and helped me to feel confident about all of the (non-financial) ways I could contribute to the programme. There is no doubt that their work has a genuine positive impact on local kids, and it was a privilege to be able to live and work with them for a short while.

The project is an amazing project, cratering the needy children of the community and helping them with awareness and sports is a great idea in itself. I would 💯 recommend this project to be a part of your experience in Kenya

This volunteer opportunity and projet is one of my favorite ever. The hosts and projects funders, Victor, John and Vincent are completely inspiring and inspired to improve their local community. I felt welcomed from the start and I could easily see the profound impact their different programs, food help, the football/soccer teams and the boxing club have on the children, adolescents and young adult. My boxing coaching experience was wonderfu,l full of passion and both way collaboration. The occasions to also participate on the food programme with the younger children was also heartwarming.

My experience at “Cope the project” was truly incredible. It was the last volunteer experience I did in Africa before returning to my country, and with the help of my friends, I was able to make a significant social impact. Victor and John are truly dedicated to the children in the community, and the most important thing for me was finding a genuine organization with real needs where I could help and work together. So grateful with all of them. Will miss this community a lot.
