My experience at the lodge was truly magical. This is the perfect place if you want to slow down, re connect with nature and grow as a person. The work is flexible as it was low season and also had a lot of free time to join in with activities. The food was great and accommodation was simple and basic. Only thing I would prepare you for is the insects and mosquitos and possible dampness/mould but overall a good way to spend your time and focus on your health. Thank you everyone for being so welcoming and helpful throughout my time there🙏🏼✨🫶

Hi Ivana thank you so much for your review I was too late in doing yours - apologies
You are a resilient and wonderful human being - mixed with alot of magical essence and kindness
Your love towards the animals and people at Kactus was very beautiful to witness - your glass half full mentality and looking to the bright side of some tough past months in Sihanoukville. I m so happy you could come rest and recuperate here and I know Siem reap will welcome you and your partner warmly ! No doubt

My experience at the lodge was incredible! I had a fun time working here, toes in the sand, overlooking the ocean. The place is peaceful and the island offers you an amazing experience. The Khmer staff are doing great around here. And the areas they offer. I spent time with wonderful staff members who came from different countries. We did lots of activities and it was really rewarding (yoga, copper jewelry, crochet, hiking in the forest...). I was grateful for the generosity I experienced during my volunteering. I highly recommend this volunteer experience. A huge thanks to Emeline and Alex!🫶
