We are looking for a social, outgoing person who enjoys connecting with guests and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere. You will chat with guests, help organize social activities, and make sure everyone feels included. During your shift, you will also be responsible for running the bar, keeping it organized, and serving drinks. If you are friendly, attentive, funny, and comfortable taking charge when needed, we’d love to hear from you.

My favorite part was meeting other volunteers and long term guests! I made some true friendships. If we needed help, the host was always quick to reply. It was a social place but easy to escape for some alone time as well. I really liked the old town hostel.

It was my first experience with Workspackers and first solo trip! I had an amazing time and I honestly can recommend this to everyone. I was lucky to meet beautiful people and have tons of mind opening conversations. In the hostel we volunteers were treated like a team! I had enough time to explore the island and enjoy myself 🫶 Thanks to the manager that took great care of all of us.
