We're looking for outgoing travellers who want to host our weekly Karaoke nights, pub quizzes and language exchange tables (with our help of course!) It would be ideal if you enjoy social activities! Also, Dresden and its sourroundings are beautiful and we want you to explore it and take your fellow travellers with you. We'd also need some help cleaning our guest kitchen and help with easy tasks like carrying up laundry, going shopping etc.

I love my experience in Dresden, the city was so beautiful, especially the Old Town at night you can easy walk along the river or riding by bicycle there. The hostel is surrounded by many restaurants and bars where you can easily grab some food there. Staying at the hostel was so lovely, I'd definitely go back. All my coworkers were so friendly, they explained me everything so clearly about my tasks and helped me whenever I needed it. I really enjoyed working with them. Thanks Melina for this amazing opportunity!!

Very welcoming and fun experience. The work isn't that hard, but the laundry like Mel discusses is a bit of a pain carrying up those stairs. Other than that this was a wonderful experience. If they had critiques or feedback they'll tell you right away. Also helping with the bla bla language is probably the best part of the job.

Volunteering at the hostel was one of the most amazing experiences of my trip. The hostel is wonderful, full of good vibes, and the team is incredibly welcoming. Melina and all the other staff made me feel at home from day one, and I'm truly grateful for all the kindness, learning, and laughter we shared. The karaoke nights and the language exchange made the experience even more special, creating unforgettable moments with people from all over the world. If you ever have the chance to visit Dresden, don't think twice – choose the hostel. It's the perfect place to stay!

The hostel is a super cozy hostel. Your main tasks will be cleaning the kitchen, helping put the sheets away in the storage room, and going to the supermarket. On Thursdays you also get to host a quiz, which is really fun. The work is light and very flexible—you don't have to do it at any specific time, and I never had any issues when I asked for days off. All the staff are really nice and they make you feel comfortable at all times.
