If you like to meet people and make them feel at home, this is your opportunity to shine! We are looking for fun people to help us in the reception, preparing breakfast, helping us with the laundry and making sure our guests are having a good time! We also need people bringing our guests to the bars/nightclubs we are going to! If you can speak english, do not hesitate to apply!

Una experiencia súper enriquecedora. El trabajo fue súper divertido y conocí gente de todo el mundo. Se formó un grupo hermoso con los otros voluntarios, lo que hizo que la experiencia sea aún más linda.

The hostel OneFam Madrid was the most unforgettable first time hostel experience. It is the perfect place to meet international travellers everyday, such a great location, and the volunteering is really fun. I'd 100% recommend this to people who are really extroverted or love to party a lot. Gabo and the reception team were always to understanding and helpful, and I had so many travellers say it's one of the best hostels they have been to based off of how high the social/party vibes of the hosts are 🙌🎉🕺🏻

I have no words to describe this experience, truly the best of my life! From day one, I felt at home. The whole staff was incredible and I met some of the most amazing people ever. From cooking for guests to taking them out to bars and clubs, sharing moments, laughing, and simply being part of the Onefam family, everything felt like pure magic. A special thank you to Alicia, Angel, Coralie, Ana, Josefa & Stefano, and the best volunteers: Asha, Pilar, Maike, Andrea, Diogo, Tine & Blake. Thank you, Madrid an thank you Onefam! ❤️
