We’re looking for a skilled, independent artist to take full ownership of a wall art project at our new hostel in Ninh Binh. You must be able to create clear digital designs before painting and deliver work that fits our brand and the Vietnamese aesthetic. This is not experimental—clean, well-executed results are key. Ideal for someone proactive and confident from concept to completion.

Nothing I can write will come close to describing my time at the hostel. Over the last month I've met incredible people who work there, and who welcomed me into their lives. Even as the only host volunteer for a while, I never felt lonely or disconnected from everybody else who works there. If you are thinking about volunteering, just apply already

I had an awesome time working at chookies beer garden and staying at the hostel, the staff was absolutely phenomenal and created a very welcoming environment from day one. Sarah was communicated very well and the schedule was perfect. Tam coc is an absolutely beautiful place to live with both calm nature and fun parties for a bit of variety. I was able to make good friends with the locals that I worked alongside and they were genuinely very excited to show me their culture, food, language etc.

My time at the hostel was very enjoyable. My tasks were at the partner restaurant, Chookie's Beer Garden, where I had a lot of fun working as a host and waitress for customers from all over the world. My team was amazing, and the managers did everything they could to listen to and address any concerns I had. Aside from that, the volunteer team was the best, and I already miss the place and the family I left behind. Thanks to the owner for making me feel welcome and always listening to me.
