We are family. That´s the vibe we try to recreate with the guests and volunteers. We are always open to receive advice on how to improve. We offer a very nice room with other volunteers, a family from all over the world.
We are a team. We are always trying to support each other and be helpfull. We are looking for volunteers to cover reception shifts, outgoing and responsable people ready to enjoy Barcelona.

This was my first time volunteering and I couldn’t imagine a better one, it’s a great opportunity to get to know Barcelona and meet people from around the world. Work in the hostel is nice and easy and everyone that’s working there is very helpful especially Guada. By volunteering you get a lot of time to see the city and make friends with other volunteers, it’s a great way to improve Spanish and learn some culture, I can definitely recommend this hostel!

The experience was brilliant. It’s a great hostel right in the middle of the city. Great staff and facilities. I would definitely recommend the 360 hostel to anyway looking to volunteer in Barcelona.

This was my first experience with worldpackers and it was really awsome on each point of view. I totally recommend it if you are looking for imporoving your social and working skills, if you want to build new relationships and if you want to enjoy a city. Barcelona is magic ,as well as the environment in the hostel. The managers are really nice and if you have any kind of problem they will help you.
I learned a lot and I met so many great people. You will feel at home since the beginning..so thanks for everything ❤️

Working in 360arts and culture hostel was my first volunteer work and I couldnt ask for a better place and opportunity! Everything was great, Juan and all the team welcomed me just like family and would always try helping with any need I would have. Shifts are easy and also flexible in case youd like to travel etc.
The location is amazing, we have everything close including Arc de Triomf and Parc de la Ciutadella which Ive always loved walking by. In general, work is also fun and it gives you the opportunity to meet so many prople from all over the world. Definitely recommend it for anyone!

As my first Worldpackers experience, I could not have chosen a better place! I felt very welcomed, the other volunteers are amazing and you'll be teached everything you need to know to do the work, which is easy and very flexible in hours as well. If there is anything you want to discuss or have questions about, you always have the possibility to do so. Of course, like any other place, there are some things that need to be solved and taken care of, but I did not let that get in the way of the experience here at 360 Arts&Culture.
