An incredibly beautiful, peaceful spot in the desert between Pescadero and Todos Santos. I stayed a month and was glad I hired a car so I could explore. I mostly worked the bar or reception, I also taught some yoga. The work is not very difficult, but processes are still being refined - helps to be proactive and flexible. Some idiosyncrasies to some of the team members but that is part of the cultural experience! Also some issues around defining the offer to and ask of volunteers but they are working on it. Best sunsets you’ll ever see and lovely guests. Felt a bit like being on a retreat!
