We offer a unique experience in the hospitality sector in a young and motivated team in beautiful Sicily (Palermo). We offer free accommodation and meals or money for food. Looking forward to meeting you!
The volunteers will work five days/week, five hours/day; will sleep all togheter in the staff rooms (with external bathroom and shower); will receive their meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) or money to buy it. They can use the hostel fully equipped kitchen and have free wi-fi connection everywhere.

The tasks are easy, and the hours worked are good to do lots of things in Palermo. The guests at the hostel are great, which contributed to making my stay more fun

I loved my time at Balarm. The work was simple and the shift times were respected, which allowed for lots of free time to explore Palermo and the rest of Sicilia! I have met friends for life and I miss everyone dearly🥺❤️

I had a really good time in Balarm hostel: the place is really nice, the staff had its own room so we could rest in peace, the tasks were not only easy but I quite enjoyed them, especially being in the reception. I had a really good companionship, so I never felt myself alone, Massimo, Hashan and Thilanka received me with great joy and they were there for every question and they helped us in everything, they were so nice! Along with my working schedule I could discover not only Palermo but another Sicilian cities too. I think Balarm is a great place to work and I can only recommend it :)
