The Bamboo Rio Hostel, with 14 years experience down the road, knows very well what our guests and Worldpackers need and will do our best to make your stay with us simply unforgettable!
Our team makes all the difference! Very friendly, and always ready to help you with anything you need.
Our location could not be better. In Copacabana, only 3 blocks away from the city's most famous beach and surrounded by bars, shops, restaurants and other points of interest of backpackers. Our house is at the foot of a mountain, in a quiet street that has a 24-hour security.
At Bamboo Rio Hostel you will find a great international team of staff that always welcomes new members. We are very eager to both teach and learn from our new team members!

Gostei da experiência no BAMBOO, a localização é excelente, além disso, o almoço é um dos pontos que mais me agradaram pois a comida é muito bem temperada, gostosa e tem um valor acessível. Eu almocei todos os dias no BAMBOO. Pra voluntários pagamos apenas R$ 10 reais. O ambiente externo é aconchegante, tem piscina, redes e mesa pra trabalhar/ estudar. A carga horária foi cumprida corretamente. Funciona por escala semanal. Todo dia tem festas disponíveis pros voluntários e hóspedes. No bamboo tem funcionários fixos e voluntários. Recomendo a experiência!! #VEM PRO BAMBOO!! #EXPERIMENTE A VIDA!

Estar en bamboo para mí fue muy entretenido! Está muy bien ubicado, recibe mucha gente así que hay una troca de diversidad muy grande. El trabajo de limpieza al principio fue cansador después ya te acostumbras y el tiempo pasa rápido. Yo me enamoré de Río y todo lo que le rodea... tiene una energía muy fuerte e intensa. Bamboo hostel me brindó el poder estar ahí asi que agradecido 😁

A experiência estava sendo divertida e de aprendizado cultural,especificamente pela energia carioca e seu erre jota.Na cozinha, acredito que faltou check list do que tem que ser feito, sempre apontava novas coisas a fazer e ficava difícil associar no dia a dia, porém muito tranquilo. Só que tudo acabou bem antes do esperado devido a um dos voluntários“FEDERICO GERMAN GERON/Argentino”,ter me assediado (me acariciando na parte íntima enquanto eu dormia).Foi feito um b.o,me desliguei do hostel pois não me sentia mais confortável por diversos motivos devido a esse episódio.NAOSEJAMAISUMASSEDIADOR

My experience in Bamboo Rio Hostel was AWESOME!!! They are a really family team. I was confortable working there, they are flexible, nice and good vibes people.
I learned Português with my partners there.
The spaces are really nice, bedrooms, kitchen, reception, bar, swimming pool, bathrooms, all place is amazing.
People there made my experience unforgettable.
