We are a comfortable hostel located in Monte Estoril, 23 km from Lisbon and 10 km from Sintra. Cascais is 1.5 km away and can be easily accessed through a beautiful footpath by the sea. Lisbon Airport - Humberto Delgado is 25 km from the property.

The volunteers will integrate a small but very friendly and cheerful team, committed to making this hostel one of the most famous in the city for its welcoming and friendliness. They will be treated with all courtesy as if they were from the house.

O hostel é extremamente bem localizado, fica em um bairro ótimo. O staff é super prestativo e é muito empenhado em ajudar os voluntários no que for necessário. Foi uma experiência incrível e eu recomendo muito pra que gostaria de fazer um voluntariado perto da praia em um ambiente intimista e acolhedor. :)

Change World Hostel is magical! It was my first worldpackers experience and it was amazing. All the community is super lovely, caring and respectful. The work was not hard and the environment is super nice and joyful, so it's totally worth it.
The Hostel staff are super amazing and they are always happy. I met some highly sophisticated volunteers and we had a lot of funny now we are friends for life. I greatly appreciate every single moment we were together.

It's my 4th WP experience. Adaptation period to working here ended up being very long due to organization issues. Work itself is simple, but get stressful due to logistics and management. I recieved training on how to make beds only on my last day there. it's often needed to make improvised solutions.
High season + disorganization ended up making the experience stressful, which culminated in a volunteer's meeting to suggest changes. All resulted on my departure ahead of time.
What made me stay was my relationship with other volunteers + guests. Staff is helpful and always try to aid you.
