Change The World Hostels - Porto - Santa Catarina
Our hostel is located in the beautiful city of Porto, right in the center. Close to the main historical attractions and the tourist center.
The hostel is comfortable, has spacious rooms and dorms.
Porto is the second most important city in Portugal and is a city of river and sea, with a beautiful coast of beaches. It has a magnificent historic center, classified as a World Heritage Site since 1996, as well as fantastic modern buildings.
The volunteers will integrate a small but very friendly and cheerful team, which is committed to making this hostel one of the most famous in the city for its welcoming and friendliness. They will be treated with all courtesy as if they were from the house.

A experiência foi muito tranquila. A minha nota é por conta da falta de interação dentro do hostel. Pouquíssimos hóspedes, então o hostel passa bem longe de uma experiência interessante para quem quer socializar e fazer novas amizades.
Agora, se seu objeitivo é ter tempo para se dedicar a outras coisas, seja trabalho e estudo, a vaga é ideal, pois a anfitriã é super tranquila e flexível com os horários e a localização é excelente, bem no meio do centro. Por ser um hostel sem muito movimento teve dias em que não precisei fazer quase nada, então para certas pessoas acredito que possa ser ideal.

O hostel é bem tranquilo e as tarefas também. Localização perfeita e os horários flexíveis. É um lugar pra se sentir em casa. Adorei e inclusive já renovei.

Angola
Ficar com a Andreia e a Justiniana foi uma experiência inesquecível! Desde o primeiro momento, elas me receberam de braços totalmente abertos, fazendo com que eu me sentisse parte da família. A hospitalidade delas é genuína e o ambiente é acolhedor e descontraído. Elas foram muito atenciosas, sempre preocupadas em garantir que eu estivesse confortável e que aproveitasse ao máximo o tempo ali. Com o apoio delas, aprendi o suficiente para me sentir confiante em várias tarefas no sistema, o que foi super enriquecedor

Tuve una buena experiencia en Change the world hostel, el lugar es súper céntrico con muy buena conectividad con transportes y comercio, el hostel es limpio y bien organizado, las tareas a realizar son muy sencillas. Existe buena comunicación con el equipo y te explican lo que necesitas para ir a conocer lugares. Pero un punto a notar es que algunos voluntarios viven ahí de manera permanente por lo tanto la vibra es un poco diferente, no hay ambiente de fiesta, más bien es bastante tranquilo y cada uno vive su mundo, también te piden pagar tasa turística de 14 €. Igual lo recomiendo.

Sí, la ubicación es una ventaja para conocer la ciudad.
Algunos voluntarios se quedan una temporada más corta, otros una más larga.
El hostel es tranquilo, de hecho no es precisamente un lugar fiestero pero está cerca de los lugares más emblemáticos.
La tasa turística de 14€ es obligatoria para todos a la llegada.

Change The World Hostels is a friendly and cousy space to do a volunteer because the place is confortable and the team members Justiniana and Andreia are very nice, making you feel welcoming. I'm very grateful about the opportunity the girls gave me to be part of this team and work in the Hostel because it was my fisrt time so nothing else to say that Thank you so much!
Talking about the diarily routine the work hours are the same that you accept at the beginning of your volunteer and when you need to do an arrangement it's quite simple to talk with the Hostel team and the other volunteers.
