As a former volunteer I can assure you that you will have one of the best experiences of your life, you will meet people who will be your friends forever and you will fall in love with Zagreb and its people. In Chillout we are a family that likes to have fun, sing, dance, cook and why not? Have a drink together.
I am a 27-year-old Mexican who traveled for 3 years before starting to work in Zagreb. I like to have fun and work at the same time, listen to people and try to help them in any way I can, I like to drink beer and enjoy my life. A good part of the staff in the hostel were volunteers at some point. That is why we understand what it is to be traveling and not have a defined plan. In our team no matter what your position, your nationality, your mother tongue, etc. We treat everyone with absolute respect. I assure you that from the first moment you will feel like a member of the family :D

It was one of the best experiences I had as a volunteer, it means I was able to have a complete experience and I felt good in the environment with volunteers, employees and managers.
For the first, or in the middle and even the last experience as a volunteer I would recommend this position, but I would leave a warning so you don't get lost and get distracted from your dreams.
The environment sometimes doesn't collaborate for healthy attitudes and you need to make sure to do it for yourself :D

This was my second time at chillout, it was as amazing as the first time, even better in some aspects, the work is easy and fair, you'll never be overworked, the staff are really accommodating and friendly and try to make everyone feel wanted and valued, would recommend discovering this beautiful experience and have the best time in an amazing city with nightlife and cheap booze! All round great places, thanks efrain!

Efraín te recibe súper bien, todos los acuerdos están muy bien establecidos desde el principio, todo el staff es muy amable, tuve la fortuna de tener compañeros voluntarios INCREIBLES como una gran familia de personas de muchas partes del mundo, el trabajo va rotando cada semana así que nunca te aburres, cada quien tiene su turno favorito depende de tus gustos y Efraín encuentra la manera de que todos tengan los turnos que nos acomodan mejor, es muy flexible y directo a la vez. donde vivimos hay: Bar en el rooftop, bar-restaurante y night club, ES PERFECTO! el lugar para dormir no es lo mejor
