10 minutes away from the beach, the old city of Jaffa, the Flea Market, and of course - the wild Tel Aviv nightlife; this is a home away from home. As a result of covid, the guesthouse is currently a residential space, consisting of students, high-tech entrepreneurs, and musicians from all over the world. However, our volunteers are still the heart of the guesthouse, providing warm hospitality and helping make the space comfortable and enjoyable to live in.

We give you a home, lots of opportunities to have fun and explore this awesome city and country. Once you join our family we take you under our wing and give you the full-on cultural Israeli experience. In return, we are looking for big-hearted trustworthy people, who want to take part in hosting awesome travelers from around the world.

Really nice experience where I met a lot of people from so many different places in the world, i recommend to volunteer here because the atmosphere of the place it’s amazing.

These people are actual angels! The kindest and most genuine people I’ve ever met and I miss them all dearly. The hostel itself is also incredible in and of itself. All the reviews will tell you that it became their home and that’s because it’s a place where anyone can make their home. It’s also so so so much fun and Tel Aviv/Israel is such a vibrant and fascinating place to be! I thank all my lucky stars that I picked this place to volunteer at. All that said words really don’t do this place justice you’ve got to go and see it for yourself! Florentin, I love you guys and I’ll be back soon xxx

Florentine Backpackers is the best hostel you could wish for to volunteer!!
I stayed there 5 weeks and it was absolutely amazing! Partying with everyone, the sunsets at the beach, meeting people from all over the world, dancing all the time... I already miss it so much!!
Florentine is a big and beautiful family, the staff and the other volunteers will make you feel welcomed as soon as you arrive !
I’ll come back for sure, thank you and love you Florentine 💖

Florentine Backpackers is the best place to be in Tel Aviv! It is a very fun and social Hostel and I’ve met the most incredible people during my stay there! Volunteering was a great experience that I will never forget. The working hours were a bit long sometimes, but there still was plenty of time to go to the beach or party with the guests. Also I was able to stay in Jerusalem for free. Thank you!
