We are local entrepreneurs with a passion for surfing and adventure, but we are also very passionate about the place where we live and grew up, and that's why we came with the idea of building a house where we can host people and share everything Asturias has to offer while building life-lasting relationships with our family here.

I couldn't have chose a better place to do my first volunteer. 4 weeks passed by so quick in this place. Loved the surfing classes, the amazing people a met and the best volunteers team. Having the ocean in front of you just crossing the street is incredible. I'll miss this place very much!

My time at GSH was the best! The hostel is well organised and the team was perfect! The leadership changed during my stay so it’s likely that things are gonna work a bit differently from now on. That’s why I can’t really tell how the shifts&tasks are gonna be but I’m certain that the new managers are always open to communicate and listen to what the volunteers have to say, their feedback and feelings. Even though there are many options of what to do, in the end even just hanging around the hostel where the vibe and people are simply amazing becomes so much fun that you never want to leave♥️

My time at GSH has been an amazing experience, and I'm really happy that this was my first Worldpackers experience. While I was there, the management changed, so things were a bit different. Before that, the volunteer tasks were more organized, but right now they’re still figuring things out. The hostel itself is easily one of the best I’ve stayed in when it comes to its vibe. It has a wonderfully social and laid-back atmosphere, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. A heartfelt thank you to all the volunteers and staff who made this experience so memorable for me! ❤️

Buen ambiente, excelente instalaciones, piensan en todos los detalles para que huéspedes y voluntarios estén cómodos, y haya excelente química entre ambos. La ubicación es increíble, las noches de pizzas, y comidas juntos son lo máximo. Las funciones que haces son muy fáciles, es un trabajo muy entretenido y nada pesado por qué está muy bien distribuido para todos. Fueron el mejor voluntariado que pude tener para iniciar mi viaje por el mundo.
