I loved my stay at Hopestel! It flew by so fast! A really wonderful and unique place in the middle of busy Naples to relax and chill. All the people on the team during my stay were such nice and lovely people, Raffy and Amelia, the trio of girls and my co-volunteers. The tasks on the nightshift were easy and clear, work load sometimes depending on the extent to which other volunteers fulfill their tasks so healthy communication is advisable. I recommended this place to anyone with an adventurous mind looking to discover Naples and wanting to meet fellow travellers in a gorgeous environment.

It was my first time volunteering, and I couldn't have gone to a better place. HOPEstel is an incredible place, very beautiful, with an amazing staff. Almost every guest, when arrived, said it was the best hostel they've been to, and I agree completely. Great facilities, great vibes, great people. Can't thank Simona, Elisa, and Maila enough, and also Amelia, who I met only at the end of my stay, but was always very kind to me. The group of volunteers also was great, and we had a great time together. Definitely recommend this experience!

Pase un mes y medio genial en el hostel! Desde el primer momento hubo buena comunicación con las chicas del staff, Elisa, Simona y Maila. Te hacen sentir bienvenido y cualquier cosa que surja se puede hablar con ellas.
El laburo es tranquilo y se generó un lindo grupo de trabajo entre los voluntarios y el staff, había un buen ambiente y eso hacia que el día a día se disfrutara y se trabaje en medio de risas o chistes. Los días libres son un buen plus ya que hay muchas cosas para visitar cerca de Nápoles, y te da el tiempo para recorrer.
Experiencia 100% recomendable, espero volver!

My experience in this hostel was really really great! I am extremely grateful for the opportunity of having spent a month there, because everyone, from volunteers to the girls working reception are so welcoming and fun to spend time with, I would have loved to stay longer, I'm missing everyone already :(
The hostel itself is extremely beautiful and social, with a perfect location to see the whole city. The work also was very easy, especially in low season. I will 100% come back to this place, be it as a volunteer or a guest :)

Un lugar súper recomendado para voluntariar, el hostel es hermoso y muy cómodo, las chica del staff te reciben con los brazos abiertos y son muy buenas personas. Las tareas simples y bien organizadas de ante mano. Napoles una ciudad bellísima para explorar y con muchos lugares cerca para visitar. Espero volver algún día :)
