We believe our hostel is a potential place for travelers to showcase their skills and earn a free bed for themselves to sleep, use toilets and wifi to keep themselves fresh and at the same time spend time with our fellow guests. Our hostel is well-suited for those travelers who want to contribute their people management skills to connect with our hostel guests, connect them together and lead them to our weekly events including party, visit places and tours, etc. in a group.
Our team is a balanced mix of local and international staff, who respects and willing to serve all people from different nationalities. For us, the world is our home and its people form a big family. Volunteers at our place can expect to be treated respectfully as one of our team members.

This was my first Worldpackers experience, and I'm glad to have done it with iSanook! I had the creative freedom to handle their social media, and also had plenty of free time to explore the city while doing it. The staff are very welcoming, and the Hostel felt so safe and peaceful. Thank you again iSanook for a great time!

Volunteering at iSanook was a very relaxed experience. It was a but different from what I expected, because there weren’t that many guests staying at the hostel, and it’s hard to create a social atmosphere. But in terms of the work and facilities, everything was perfect. Mansh is a great guy to work with, very flexible and caring. He allows you to use your own experience and strengths to creat the content you believe is best. Definitely recommend it for a good experience and the opportunity to explore Bangkok on your own time and use that to create content for the hostel.

My experience in Isanook was smooth and pleasant, really liked it! I recommend it to travelers looking for a fair exchange in a calm and not crowded place! Bangkok has a busy rithem and is nice to have a safe and quiete place to stay. The location of Isanook is incredible, close to the bus station, 7eleven and the subway, as well as very good structure, room and bed! I worked at the reception on the night shift and my responsibility was to show guests around the hostel and interact with them.

I loved my stay at Isanook, the manager is adorable and really caring. The hostel is clean and warm. Unfortunately there are not a lot of people at the moment so it is more difficult to organize activities for the different people in the hostel.

I had a lovely experience here ! Mansh is really nice, it’s a pleasure to work with him, very kind and flexible. It’s a pretty calm place so the job can be a bit quiet sometimes but it’s definitely worth it !
