It was a really good experience at Knight Hostel in Tallinn, we knew good people, and the staff was kind to us, I recommend it to do volunteer at Knight Hostel, thanks for everything guys!

We thoroughly recommend this experience! The staff was friendly, the hostel is very cozy in a perfect location. The tasks are simple and fun, and the shift hours were good, you have plenty of time to get to know the place. Tallinn Old town is beautiful. We had an excellent time in the Knigth hostel and we hope to come back to Tallinn one day. Muchas gracias <3

I have been there for a month ( between February and March) and the place was fantastic, the position is great (basically in the city centre) and the people and staff here are amazing.
The shift were 2 (morning shift and night shift) and the tasks weren't hard to understand.

Overall the experience at Knight House was amazing and we would quickly recommend this to other travellers. Once our arrival date was agreed upon, we were given a few days of not working to explore the city and get an understanding of the how the hostel works. On our first day, we were given full training on what was expected of us, how to manage the booking system and how the rooms should look after a guest has checked out. We completed this experience as a pair and with this, Knight House were able to ensure we had a few days off a week together. They were also helpful with shift changes.

My experience in that hostel was wonderful!!!
It was my first experience in a hospitality structure, and I learned a lot.
The agreement conditions have been fully respected, staff members walked me through in the best way, kindly and clearly explaining my role and duties, aiding me when necessary.
I also needed to stay some more days, Jordy listened my necessities, so, we found togheter a good solution for both. If I had to give a score to communication and cooperation, I'd give the highest.
