Live aboard, learn how to sail, cook or help to repair sailboat on Caribbean side of Guatemala

We live in marina on sailboat (Irwin 37 center cockpit), preparing the boat, and teaching my helpers to sail. You can try boat lifestyle, learn navigation, nautical knots, sail on sailboat and motor dinghy, also great ocean kayak. Help with cooking or boat maintenance.

In the marina we have pool, gym, BBQ, Wi-Fi, library, hammocks, workshop, laundry, warm showers, hotel, restaurant, bar, and parking.

After lunch we sail, chill, swim, ride, explore arounds.
My guests are free to use my bicycle, dinghy, and kayak to explore:

In the morning, feel free to join our group to practice Vipassana meditation After breakfast, we are busy with projects on the boat In the afternoon I do sailing classes for my helpers on Sunfish sailing dinghy. In the evening, join us to watch the sunset, have a drink and get to know the community, make new friends and, if you are interested, become a crew member on a sailboat to continue exploring the world - cruisers generally like to have a crew. Many of my guests have made it to different sides of the Caribbean. If you have boat-specific skills like general maintenance, mechanic, electric, some carpentry then you're very welcome. Usually, a handyman helps me after breakfast till lunch (Mon-Fri), 3-5hrs a day. Another person cooks 2-3 meals a day, shops 2 times a week, cleaning usually takes half hour a day. Sometimes we sail with friends to lakes on cruising sailboats Looking for neat crew members only. Everything that has been used, tools, utensils etc, also the working area must be clean afterward. If neatness is not part of your comfort, I am sure you can easily find another host. There are 3 cabins on the boat: you can stay in the central saloon or the forward private cabin, I live in the aft cabin.
