I really enjoyed my experience at the Mindful Farm. It was very peaceful and Pi Nan and Noriko are very kind people. Working in the garden and the mud house was fun and easy. We cooked and ate together and when Pi Nan had time he talked about Buddhism after dinner.

The experience at mindful farm was everything I could hope for. Pi Nan and Noriko are among the kindest persons I’ve ever met. He goes the extra mile to serve people and make everyone happy. The work isn’t hard but you can definitely work harder if you want. Pi Nan often delivers Buddhist teachings in the evening and, for the bald ones, you can do a silent/meditation retreat just behind the farm for as long as you want. Obviously part of the experience depends on the other volunteers and, in general, at Mindful Farm they’re kind-hearted and open-minded. Totally recommended.

I really loved my time at Mindful Farm! Pinan and Noriko are kind and open people. The work was great, we worked only 3-4 hours after breakfast. After lunch we had free time. Sadly Pinan had a lot of commitments in the neighbourhood due to deaths and could not be there in the evening that much. So we did not get a lot of Buddhist lessons from him, but the stuff we learned was really great.
