NorCal Homestead

Hello Travelers!
My name is Andi, my husband is Will and we have a 2.5 year old daughter named willow.

We live on 80 acres in the mountains, we have a beautiful swimmable creek that runs through the property as well as hiking trials that start right from the back door.

We are looking for an individual or couple to join our homestead for the month of May and June.
We live 40 minutes from the nearest city so we require that all of our guests have a vehicle, and because we have a very precious 2 year old daughter on the homestead, we also require a photo of your ID and will be running a background check on everyone that stays with us.

You will have your own guest suite that is attached to the garage, it has a bedroom, bathroom, and refrigerator.
Our stay is best suited for a couple or pair of friends, one would do house work while the other works along side my husband on the land where the new house will be built. We would really like someone comfortable using a chain saw and other power tools or an individual comfortable doing exclusively house work.

We are looking for 3 days of work a week in exchange for free housing and meals provided on the days that you work. Other than that you must provide your own meals.

We love having a house full, chances are good we will have lots of friends and family around during your stay, and we like to make you feel like part of the family! Both Will and myself come from large families of 7 children and we love living in community with others. This will be our 3rd time hosting on world-packers, we have learned a lot and look forward to creating a wonderful experience for everyone. As someone who did world-packers myself as a traveler in my early 20's I know what makes a good experience vs a bad one!
