Oh! Madalena Hostel

We are a hostel in constant evolution. We know there is still a lot to learn, and it is precisely this openness to dialogue, teamwork, and the exchange of ideas that drives us to grow every day.

We believe that keeping this space open to listen, welcoming new visions, and putting into practice what really makes sense is what makes us a good choice for all kinds of travelers—from those who seek only a comfortable bed to those seeking connections and good stories along the way.

We are a small but very engaged team. There are four of us: me, Bruno, along with Laila, Vivi and Igor. Each one has an essential role on this journey, and we are always ready to support each other as needed.

I am in charge of administration and the hostel's business side; Laila takes care of daily operations; Vivi ensures that everything is always clean and welcoming for our guests; and Igor completes the team with support in the most diverse areas.

We maintain a direct, no-nonsense communication channel, where everyone can speak and be heard. In addition, we meet weekly to reflect on what happened, share lessons learned, and align the next steps. We believe that growing together, with respect and partnership, is what gives meaning to what we do.
