Paradanusorn School
We are located in a rural area of Thailand. Here you can experience the REAL THAILAND. Uttaradit is the second friendliest City in Thailand. People are so friendly and keen to get to know you. Our kids (pupils) are happy to learn from you and give you many hugs to say Thank You for teaching them English or Chinese.
We are a family run school for mainly poor or low income families. Our school is basic but has a typical Thai charm. The Teachers and pupils are welcoming you anytime and you will experience something tourist would never see or gain. Please note that we are unable to provide free accommodation.

I had amazing time at this school!
Children are so cute and honest. Teaching English at this school was nice experience for me.
Peter, the volunteer host,is also wonderful person.
He planed a lot of activities for volunteers.
We went to waterfall, cafe, festival and local restaurants. It was awesome!
I spent Christmas and New Year at this area and I really enjoyed.
I really recommend this volunteer.

It was an amazing experience!
There is not a lot going on in Uttaradit, but Peter provided something nice to do every day! I feel like you need to search for something you like to do in your free time and just blend with the locals! The local experience is indeed amazing, the people are so nice. Even though they sometimes can’t speak english, they still make you feel welcomed.
And then the kids, they are so so cute. They are so playfull and curious. I loved my time here and hope I can come back some time!

Well my first week wasn't too very goo but with time the children and I started to have a good time together and I liked it. Peter was great with everything, mostly with his jokes.

I had a truly incredible experience volunteering teaching English at Paradanusorn School. Peter and Sira were very lovely hosts. They were welcoming and communicated what was expected of us so there were no surprises. Peter planned many activities for the afternoon after we finished the school day and took us to many amazing, affordable local restaurants. The children here are adorable and eager to learn. Working with the students with special educational needs was one of my personal highlights of teaching at the school. You will learn as much from the students as they learn from you!
