My first 2 weeks in Tribodar have been so inspiring! I helped on the vegetable garden and learnt about agro-forestry from Gennaro, prepared and used the bio mixture for building a wall with Moabi and other volunteers, sometimes took care of the kids (there were 4 families in total during my stay) and offered rhythm lessons too. The place is full of good vibes and I could easily practice yoga and meditation everyday, alone and with others. I really felt part of a big and kind family. I hope all the best to this fantastic and energetic project! :)
