trabajamos estamos en una de las playas mas bonitas de Perú, aparte de compartir con la gente que nos visita , hacemos que se sientan en familia y asi crear una la mejor convivencia y experiencia en su viaje.

The beeeeest, I love everyone who works there and who I volunteered together with, it felt like a family. We had lots of parties, a camping trip, watched sunsets from the beach, enjoyed the bonfires and the pool, and I learned so much Spanish. The work was divided evenly between all volunteers and it was not too difficult. It includes working at a bar and sometimes promoting the events while taking a nice walk by the beach. Everyday a different volunteer cooks a meal, muy muy ricooo. I learned lots about the local life, had some surf lessons with a volunteer discount, made lifelong friends <3

Psygon es un lugar hermoso para voluntariar. A 20 pasos de la playa, con un equipo de trabajo que parece familia y te hacen sentirte parte. También en algunas oportunidades tenes la posibilidad de hacer horas extras y te pagan. Los horarios son flexibles y siempre se cumplen.
El hostel es bastante rústico, hay muchos mosquitos. Por las noches se escucha las olas del mar, es maravilloso 💕.
Un lugar para volver si lugar a duda.

Fui muy bien recibido x Soichi y su equipo, así como x el resto de voluntarios. Destaco la buena onda y la flexibilidad de los encargados de turno para coordinar los horarios de trabajo. La playa mas cercana es hermosa y tranquila, alejada del ruido del centro y está a tan solo 50 metros o menos del hostel, ideal para empezar bien el dia metiéndose al mar. La experiencia podría ser mejor aún si mejoran un poco algunos detalles de infraestructura como enchufes que no funcionan, un mejor wifi, y fumigación por tema mosquitos. Eternamente agradecido x la experiencia.

I had an amazing experience at Psygon helping out at the bar and restaurant, alternating between breakfast, afternoon and night time shifts. The volunteers as well as the two Alejandros created a welcoming and supportive environment that was always a fun time. It was also great that the hostel had events like salsa lessons to live music that allowed me to meet other travelers and locals. Responsibilities were well communicated and respected by the team leaders, even allowing a few days of training before working more officially. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Este fue mi primer voluntariado y si bien hubieron algunitas cositas en cuanto a la comodidad en las habitaciones, los baños compartidos y el Wi-Fi, es una gran gran lugar para hacer voluntariado y no lo cambiaría por nada. Que el tema de la “comodidad” no te limite porque vale la pena 100%. Todos son muy amables, conectas con muchos viajeros, haces amigos que al menos yo llevaré para siempre conmigo 💖 , las tareas son bastante fáciles y pueden ser incluso muy divertidas. Yo siento que crecí mucho como persona y me encantaría regresar otra temporada.
