We are living as a community project since 2003 with 34 adults and 20 children in this beautiful castle, a beach at the Lake of Constance, meadows & forest with waterfalls. Our project includes a school (35 children), a permaculture garden, a lot of therapists, coaches and artists. Our values are grounded in peace building practices in groups like Scott Peck community building, Forum, Possibility management etc.
We call our vision to be a "place of encounter and awareness" - this is why we try to include everything within ourselves and the other ones. Our employees are kind and thankful for your help and introduce you well into your jobs.

Glarisegg fue mi castillo como su nombre en alemán lo es ´Schloss´viví 3 meses con la comunidad, ayudando en la cocina con tareas de dishwasher, y algunos días también me toco limpiar salas de yoga, cuartos y baños, pero siempre lo haces con gusto ya que las personas aquí te hacen sentir como en casa, la comida es deliciosa y de calidad BIO, tuve mi cuarto para mi sola y solo lo compratí una semana con mi compañera de brasil, los horarios son respetados y hay semanas que incluso las tienes libre para viajar, solo recuerda que Suiza es el país más caro del mundo pero el más hermoso. Be in Glarisseg was the better choice in all my life.
This place have support in your structure and people, everything are organized. I lived there for 6 weeks, i had my own room, the bathroom was shared with other people.
I felt like home and super comfortable, every day learning about life, about nature, about social... including my place in the world. I haven't words to explain this experience. I'm so glad for this opportunity and meet that people. I maked good friends, that I'll be to take in my life. This place is paradise for to live and know myself, feel good energys and connections

Desde el primer día la gente de la cocina me trato como a una más y me hizo sentir súper agusto. Un lugar precioso y rodeado de naturaleza, que te hace sentir bien desde el inicio.
Lo recomiendo mucho y la mejor parte del voluntariado sin duda la conexión con el resto de voluntarios

Realmente es un lugar excelente, el contacto con la naturaleza es diario, el cantar de los pájaros, la brisa en los árboles, la vista hacia el lago y sobre todo el gran aprendizaje que te llevas sobre cómo mejorar tu ser, manejar tus emociones y conectar con los demás. Sin duda volvería nuevamente, ha sido una gran experiencia. 💪🏽😎

Glarisegg’ll stay in my heart forever!
The tasks are cleaning and dishwashing, it depends on the number of people that are in the seminar by the time. You could be working for an entire week 6 hrs daily but then receive a full free week. Anyway, the hours were respected and there’s always a worker to help you in case you have doubts.
I was living in a caravan all for myself with heater and a very comfortable bed!
The environment itself is incredible, you get to be in various esoteric therapy sessions and other activities. You can enjoy the lake, sauna, trips by bike.
It all was stunning! 💗
