The Crossroads

We promote the diversity opportunity for the absolute Cultural Exchange experience, where while our local Hellenic traditions are shared through cuisine, folklore dance lessons, local interaction, exploration of the most wonderful surroundings, Greek lessons etc the multi diverse crowd that completes the community lifestyle project also is required to offer the traditions of their origins!
We believe in the cultivation of the body the land and the mind.
Everything works out with good communication and cooperation.
We look forward to the best selves of each one.
We are highly experienced with 1000s volunteers to have passed by and contributed the last 7 years.

We treat every member of our project with respect in individuality, we believe in fair exchange and most of our participants experience their best volunteering opportunity.

I'm so glad I spent the last 6 weeks here - and I even extend my stay! This place feels like a home away from home. The large garden offers plenty of sunny spots to relax, even in winter. I wasn’t used to being around dogs at first, but now I adore the five wonderful dogs here. Meals are freshly cooked by volunteers, and the work is varied, educational, and never boring. Everyone shares chores, creating a true sense of community. The hosts Alex and Pam are truly kind, very flexible, and really care about making everyone feel welcome. Thank you, Kokinakis family, for this amazing experience!

Villakokkinaki was a wonderful place for me, I lived very good experiences and marked my life. Alexander is an excellent person you can talk to him whatever you want and Pam his wife too. They lent me a vehicle for traveling around the town with me fiancee every places where we arrived were wonderful. I only have good comments and goods experiences about it. Join with them because you’ll enjoy and learn a lot. Thanks Pam and thanks alex for everything.

The experience in the crossroads was really good.
You will learn too much and it’s possible that you will meet amazing people there.
The town is a little bit quite but with the others volunteers you could go to others places and have a really good time together also the food is delicious :)

I had a great three weeks at the Villa, it’s a very peaceful place and a good base to explore the Peloponnese! The volunteer tasks were varied and I learned a lot even in a short time. I would recommend to anyone looking to develop new skills and learn about sustainability, agriculture and construction - and to meet wonderful people!

i had a wonderful month at the crossroads! everyday was different and the work is varied which allows you to try different things and take on a challenge. the project is organised well and sharing responsibilities in the villa created a respectful environment between volunteers. a lot of love and energy has gone into the project and it really shows. i feel grateful to have been a part of it. memories for life!
