We are set to be Colorado’s first certified B-Corp in the hospitality industry and Summit County’s first overall certified B-Corp. Our vision is to be as socially & environmentally responsible as possible. We want to inspire not only our guests, but our colleagues and community as well, by showcasing how a business can create a positive impact for people & the planet through thoughtful consideration of employee equality & wages, product procurement, waste & recycling, and support for local artisans and businesses. Join our team to be on the ground floor of a soon-to-be thriving operation and help shape our culture and vision.
Volunteers will treated as part of the family! Accommodation will be in a 6 or 8-bed shared dormitory. Come spend time with us in our mountain paradise and enjoy everything there is to enjoy about the Colorado Rockies!

The pad is such a beautiful, clean & welcoming facility in such a beautiful town. I felt at home right away:) Between employees, volunteers & the locals it’s such a fun, accepting community and I was never bored here. Rob & Lynne are very kind & empathetic hosts and while being busy they still find time to make sure you’re always taken care of. All of the staff are such amazing people as well, so much fun to hang out with and some of them have dogs (shoutout to Morty, Darla & Paddie) sweetest. dogs. ever.
I have only good things to say.
I will definitely be back, thank you all!💚

I loved working at The Pad. The team is great, we had many activities together and I got the chance to make friends with the travelers, everyone was so nice to me! Lynne and Rob are great hostess, they have the cutest dog who’s always around. On my days off I used to ski and this place it’s in a great location because it’s close to many ski resorts. A-bar is great!! They always have activities, I had so much fun playing trivia, bingo and they even had open mic days. This trip really improved me as a person and I absolutely loved this experience, I do hope to go back soon :)

It was the best experience I’ve ever had in my life.
The hotel is awesome, wonderful, I think the best I’ve ever stayed at.
People were so friendly and kind to me. My hosts Rob and Lynne are fantastic people and they were great to me.
I do recommend this place for everyone who wants to live good moments with great people.
I’m very happy to have had this opportunity.
I’ll miss and remember every moment forever!

I had a great time at The Pad! The staff and other volunteers were super friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome the whole time. The Pad is beautiful and it is in a very pretty and convenient area. Work was easy and we had plenty of time off to explore around Colorado and enjoy the nature!

I had the best time at The Pad it went beyond my expectations. Everyone was welcoming and the nature was beautiful. Tasks were simple customer service skills and some light cleaning . Would defiantly recommend
