Passenger Hostel is located in the iconic São Bento Railway Station, part of the area of Porto classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. It offers a shared accommodation and free Wi-Fi.

Mi experiencia en The passanger hostel fue increíble, me senti como en casa desde que llegue, Tomas y el resto del staff son personas hermosas con buena energía, dispuestas a ayudar y crear el mejor ambiente para todos. Las actividades son super divertidas y no se siente como trabajo, me llevo recuerdos increíbles, sin duda la mejor experiencia de voluntariado que tuve y super recomendada para practicar ingles, crear conexiónes y conocer la hermosa ciudad de Porto.

The Passenger was my first volounteering experience and I couldn't have wished for a better one. The manager Tomas and the other staff members are nice, welcoming and fun people, if you're open to new experiences and people you will really feel part of a group there. The work Is mostly really light social shifts that are fun and don't really feel like work. The hours are fair, often less than 25 per week, specific days off can be arranged easily. The hostel Is big, with beautiful and unique common areas where you can have quiet time if you need it. Go there for an authentic stay in Porto❤

I had an amazing experience volunteering at the Passenger Hostel. From day one, the other volunteers, receptionists, and Tomas made me feel comfortable and welcome. Every week, a new schedule was sent with varied shifts that ranged from leading sunset walks, helping with breakfast/family dinner, hosting karaoke, participating in bar tours, and more! Because there was so much variety in the "work" assigned, there was always something fun going on! Tomas is also respectful of your time and will be flexible if you need to request a specific day off. I would highly recommend this experience!
