Passenger Hostel is located in the iconic São Bento Railway Station, part of the area of Porto classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. It offers a shared accommodation and free Wi-Fi.
We are a dedicated team that helps each other and has fun together! We want to have you on our team to add even more to our cultural exchanges!

Volunteering in this hostel was amazing and I can definetely recommend it to everyone. The hostel is beautiful, super clean and the location is perfect. I feel so lucky that I could live there for more than a month and I wish that I could have stayed longer! i had the best time with the other volunteers and also the staff is amazing. The communication between manager, staff and volunteers was good and i liked the work. Looking forward to come back soon!!

Ter começado o meu mochilão no The Passenger Hostel foi a melhor coisa. Um hostel muito bem localizado, muitas pessoas visitando a todo momento. Os funcionários e os outros voluntários também fizeram parte da minha experiência inesquecível. Ser anfitrião no TPH me apresentou novas amizades que com certeza me ajudarão nos meus próximos destinos. Com certeza socializar em um hostel como esse é a melhor parte do voluntariado. Ansioso para visitar novamente. Sou muito grato por tudo, The Passenger Hostel.

O hostel tem uma localização perfeita e a atmosfera é ótima, todo o staff é super amigável e disposto a ajudar em tudo.

Hey Passengers/yet to be Passengers,
So.I volunteered at TPH for 3 months & no that was not the intention but what I can say I couldn't find it in myself to leave.It really is a 5 star hostel.The amenities are amazing, it feels like a home away from home.Every single person I came across was so nice and welcoming, from the get go. Tomas is the best manager u can ask for, flexible and super nice.Not to mention, the city of Porto is AMAZING.You'll see. If u end up going just buckle up cause it will be the experience of your life, at least for me it was.Thank you&Love u guys.See y'all soon<3

The team is fantastic, welcoming and always available to help new volunteers with anything, and it has been a pleasure to share all this month with the volunteers who have been a big, temporary and beautiful family
