Our winery is in the middle of the countryside so if the volunteer is looking for a place in the middle of nature with no smog and traffic that is the place
We define ourselves Family Organic Winery. So the volonteers that stay with us for them it will be like stay in the family. They will have their room and private bathroom but they will eat with us and help us in the activities of the farm. We have 2 dogs

The family is very kind. They treat you with politeness and affection. The meals are good and the working hours are fair.

Mi estadía en Tili Vini fue sensacional, la pieza y baño eran muy cómodos, las comidas deliciosas, las tareas se me hacían entretenidas y fáciles de hacer. Horarios muy fáciles de cumplir y siempre estaban dispuestos a responder dudas sobre cualquier cosa. Incluso me ayudaron a planificar mi día libre dándome recomendaciones y facilitando ayuda.
María, Gaia y Annalaura siempre fueron amorosas con todo, me sentí muy bien acogida y recibida.
Además de todo esto el lugar es precioso, las vistas en la mañana, los atardeceres, pasar el rato con los perros, todo era precioso.

I arrived during the busy, summer season which meant that my time was mainly spent assisting in the Tasting Room. Some days were hectic & others were very quiet as work schedules are based on reservations SO it's vitally important to go with the flow, be patient, & remember that everyday will be a new adventure. Some favorite moments included helping Maria w/ cooking classes, truffle hunting w/ Annalaura & Dodo, taking out the trash w/ Loki, laughing w/ Pietro, observing Marcos & his team bottle vino, and getting to know the lovely employees whose kindness and support I very much appreciated.

My experience at Tili was amazing! I felt welcomed from day 1. The Tili Family is amazing, they taught me so much about the Italian culture as well as helped me improve my Italian. The working hours were ok, I always had amazing food and access to do the laundry. 10/10 experience!

This was my first volunteering with WorldPackers and also my first solo trip, although at the beginning I was a little nervous today I can tell you that my time here was incredible and I will always remember it. Each member of the family has something to teach or tell, and this for me was beautiful; I learn about wines, olio, food, and I was also able to practice my Italian! The job depends on the time you decide to come mostly because the seasons indicates how much work will be in the Cantina. If you come with a service attitude it will be very easy for you to adapt. Grazie mille TILI Fam ♥️
