You will live with a mixed couple (chilean and european expat) in a remote place in Patagonia, get to know our friends and neighbours, Patagonian culture, improve your Spanish (Pancho speaks only a little English). And you will learn some basic skills as chopping wood, making fire, baking bread.
As Conny is a language teacher, she can teach you Spanish, French and German, if you are interested.
We live with our two cats and you will be part of the family. We are looking for open minded people who want to spend time together, share the table and the house.

This was my first volunteering ever and I couldn't choose better. It was like being a part of a family. Connie and Pancho are such a nice persons and I just enjoyed every moment ..We had so much fun,went for some hikes around,kayaking the lake etc.. The place is beautiful. Work was also really fun,easy,and interesting .And all the stay they treat you so well with all the delicious food and everything that you want. I miss the place already and looking forward to come back soon!! Thanks for everything

I am so grateful to be the 1st volunteer at this amazing place!
Conny & Pancho are incredible people who will make sure you have a good time in Rio Puerto Tranquilo.
I helped them with many things including brainstorming, light construction work & cooking.
They taught me how to bake pan & I hesitated to stay longer to open a panadería jajaja
I’m sure the cafe will be the go to place in Tranquilo pretty soon 🔥
