Mayara has exhibited remarkable talent as our Community Manager for the Worldpacker community. Her creativity shines through in every campaign, setting a new industry standard for engagement. Her mastery over social media platforms is truly exceptional; she intuitively leverages each medium's unique capabilities to create a dynamic and inviting community atmosphere. Furthermore, her content creation skills are top-notch, blending educational and entertaining elements seamlessly. She's a valuable asset to our team and the future looks brighter with her on board.

In general, the tasks are easy to be done, but everyone needs to work as a team keeping moving forward. Sometimes I missed a better organization by the team but Valentyn, as a leader, is always around, trying to figure out and solve all the challenges that happens during the day. He always was respectful and gentle with me and besides the tasks as a Community Manager I had the opportunity to help with the marketing creating some contents for the social media. This is my passion, so I'm so happy to have had this opportunity! I recommend for everyone! Thank you Val and SharedEasy!

About me as an author

Mayara Castro

Hello! My name is Mayara and one of the most things that I love in my life is traveling and meeting new people. I'm journalist, writer, voice over artist and entrepreneur in Brazil (I have an agency and I usually help another entrepreneurs to communicate themselves on the web). I'm absolutely flexible so I can do a lot of things to help you with your home or business. I could be an strategist and content writer, photographer, receptionist and a party promoter. I'm very committed and organized person and I guarantee that I will give you my best to make your business grow. I'm looking for good experiences around the world that helps me to practice English more and more, that's why I'm here and I'm open to build professional relationships beyond the experience that we have here.

Background

Education

I'm professional journalist, voice over artist and a digital nomad.

Work experience

I've already worked with big brands, creating content to communicate them on a digital platforms, like blogs, instagram and Facebook. In 2014 I've decided to create my own business and I've started to give mentoring for women's entrepreneur. That was of the bests experiences in my life because I started to be a digital nomad and work remote. In December of 2017 I traveled to Thailand, New Zealand and Australia (all of them exchanging work for accommodation with Worldpackers) and when I came back to Brazil I've created my own content agency. Like an entrepreneur, I ‘m helpful in a lot of situations of the business and I love to work with organized people.
