Be part of the team that gets to greet guests from all over the world. Help to check-in guests, maintain inventory, and learn about running a small ‘Inn Style’ property. Responsibilities: -Check -in Procedures -General Housekeeping & Inventory Control -Concierge services & Guest Information -Handling Cash and Credit Card Transactions -Maintain Hostel Email


What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and attend to guests.

3 days off per week

Shared Dorm: Be ready to meet people while staying in a shared dorm.

Cook your own meal: Feel free to prepare your own meal here

Free Laundry: There's a special place where all the clothes get cleaned for free.


Requirements

Intermediate English

Between 18 and 30 years old


What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa


Activities & Shift

We ask that you designate 20 hours a week to hostel duties. This is usually divided up between 4, 5 hour shifts throughout the week. During this time you will check guests in, make sure all rooms and beds are made clean for the next guest, and do any website or email updates to better the hostel.
