The Green Gardens is a sustainable living farm spread over on 4.7 acres with tea, coffee, pepper, beetle nut, cardamom, fruit trees, livestock, hand made green tea processing etc. It is an ethical farm managed by TGG Foundation, a rural development charity in Wayanad.

The farm is managed by a team of 4 women members and a male member. Each person has their own set of daily activities and collective activities which keeps them occupied completely. Vounteers can handhold some of their activities so that they can focus on creating additional revenue verticals to make the project self sustainable.
Farming activities require hard labour hence people those who are really passionate and can do justice. It is observed that people with no interest in hand-holding the daily activities would add more workload to the existing team members.

To help someone and to improve their life experiences is a self driven process, TGG Foundation gives an opportunity to perform this karma for people those who wish to volunteer.
Accommodation is provided at the farm on a gender neutral, twin sharing room for Rs.300 per night per bed. This amount goes as donation for the construction of the rural development hub in Wayanad aims to provide livelihood opportunities for women in the farming community.
Vegetarian food is prepared at a subsidised rate by the self help group.
