My experience in the host was not so good as I expected. Despite the host is a great person and the staff is by far one of the best groups I had work with, the job itself isn't good. Instead of doing gardening and farming activites, like I expected, I had to clean bathrooms, dishes and to give helpings at the kitchen. Also, we couldn't do laundry. It was a great place to practice spanish, though. The staff helped me a lot and all of them are great persons. I feel that I made great friends there. The village is also amazing. Very beautiful and cozy. I recommend to go out of the peak season.

My experience was incredible! The city is full of mountains, volcanoes and waterfalls. The team of volunteers and staff is PERFECT, they welcomed me as a family, I already miss everyone! The hosts are super good people as well. For the experience come even better I suggest more flexibility with the use of the laundry and the kitchen. A tip for those who like to party: the staff and volunteers are allowed to go out at night just 2 times a week and they have to come back before 2 a.m. Although it can still improve (like everything in life), I really recommend the host for everybody! 💚

Estamos pròximos a empezar la construcciòn de una cocina personal para el staff.
Por protocolos y seguridad , no se puede ingresar fuera de horarios a ella.
Ademàs que ,en el pasado hemos tenido muchos problemas con mal uso de ella.

Such a great experience!! I have worked on all duties of the restaurant but I was more helpful as bar tender or waiter, amazing team including workers, volunteers, boss. I do recommend this place for someone that's looking for a disconnection of a busy city and rushed life, you can enjoy some good food surrounded over many beautiful places to see around, you can really have some fun near the nature sights, the best spot in my opinion is the Lonquimay Volcan. About Max, the owner, has a very good background on entrepreneurship, best person to give you some professional tips and share good ideas

El anfitrión y sus alrededores es hermoso, ideal para conectar con la naturaleza, pero debes hacerlo por tu cuenta, con respecto al voluntariado se respetaron las horas acordadas, se realizaron tareas tanto en el exterior como en el interior del local,se generó un ambiente muy grato con los otros voluntarios y también con las personas del staff. Las instalaciones para voluntarios es necesario mejorarlas ya que tienen muchas filtraciones, las camas con ropa sucia, no hay donde cocinar(es necesario ya que solo dan almuerzo y colación) y las bicicletas que se prometen no están a disposición.
