Program Details

The program takes place in Thai Nguyen province, which is famous for its breath-taking tea hills, long-standing history, friendly inhabitants. Thai Nguyen is also an educational center of Vietnam, with 21 universities and colleges.

The program ideally lasts from 1 month to 12 months. However, volunteers who want to help for a short time from 1 week to 4 weeks can still register with a fee of $35 per week ($5 per day). CCHD provides accommodation and 2 meals.


Activities & Shift

Each shift lasts 4-5 hours a day. Volunteers work 5 days per week. They can freely use their off-time to travel around and discover such surrounding areas as Tam Dao National Park and Hanoi.
