The Experience
Volunteering takes place from Monday to Friday, with tasks of sowing, harvesting, fertilizing and maintaining crops, simple but enriching tasks. We have organic food for breackfast, lunch and dinner with products from the farm, we teach the preparation of natural fertilizers, etc. We have nearby attractions like the Mojanda lagoons at 3800 meters above sea level; and the pyramids of Cochasqui. We recommend sun block as we have very sunny days.

Durante esta experiencia pasé de los mejores días de mi vida. Hilario y Jaque me recibieron en su familia y me hicieron sentir parte de ella, me mostraron su cultura y tradiciones. Por lo general las tareas son asignadas por Jackson, que ya tiene mucha experiencia y la paciencia para enseñar y explicar cómo hacer las cosas. La mayoría de comidas son preparadas con los vegetales cosechados de la parcela, frescos y orgánicos . Se aprende mucho sobre agricultura orgánica; el proceso desde la preparación del suelo y la siembra hasta la cosecha.

La experiencia en la finca fue hermosa, tienen una forma de vida muy linda y amigable con el ambiente, nos recibieron con mucha amabilidad y enseguida nos hicieron parte de su familia y sus tradiciones. Lo que producen es super rico! la energía y el entusuasmo de cada uno en el trabajo es realmente contagiosa y hacen que sea un ambiente muy lindo.

Si eres vegetariana o vegana, te sentirás en el paraíso realizando tu voluntariado. Si eres carnicera como yo... Ups.. Soñaras con pollo empanizado, a la plancha, frito, al ajillo 😂😂 🤦🏻♀️ A la matriarca de la casa María Luz gracias por la atención brindada y el Mishki, probarlo fue algo nuevo para mi. Jacky e Hilario gracias por mostrarme un poco de la cultura y tradiciones de Ecuador me quedo con eso y lo llevo para Panamá 🇵🇦 Jackson gracias por todo y quedó pendiente el curso permacultura Post date Volunteers do not lend money to the Mrs Blanca, she does not return the money.
