Program Details
We have a flexible volunteer program and from April until September we open the season for events and activities. This means that there is a lot to do and because our community members also have their own jobs and studies, we need at least 3 volunteers at time to help maintaining the community facilities and events.
Activities & Shift
We are not very much restricted with times and shifts, but we do expect that you organise yourself to fulfil the needed tasks every day. We have a free style way of doing things, less structured and rigid than other communities, but we do count on people's commitment and self-accountability.
Rules
No rules but we do have advices: keep your motivation high, do no expect us to ask you to do stuff all the time, ask us what needs to be done whenever you're lost on where to help with. Do not expect to have a place to not do anything and just smoke weed every day. We are very tolerant to substances use but we do appreciate good vibes and a hands-on behaviour :)
