I spent great time, Raphael and Berenice are excelents hosts with a special touch to make you feel really at home. Food is delicious, town is amazing, house is very comfortable in which you can relax after hard work, on weekends you have the opportunity to visit others towns around. So I recommend it to all worldpackers who work very hard.

I had a great time with the Auteurs family, they were very welcoming and there was always laughs and good times to be had. The work was fair and rewarding, and a great way to spend time in the south of France! Would recommend alot :)

The experience was good. The house is confortable, they make you feel at home. You will have three meals everyday, they make sure that you eat and don't have to spend money with food, which is great, they even let you choose what you want, and they go buy it (of course you have to be reasonable). The work is hard, its construction, so you will have to be able to adapt and do diferent things. The hours are fair, exactly what advertised. In the weekend there is no work, and you're free to do whatever you want. The wifi at the house is great. In general was a very good experience.

A nice family, they will make you feel like home, a nice cozy house and you will be involved in a nice project in a very beautiful old town. They also take you to visit the region in the weekends, what is super nice, with Castles everywhere.
The working hours are more than fair.
You won't regret.

About the host

Perigord Noir is a region where you find many fortified castles, since it was the center of the one hundred year war. In the week-end we generally make at least one activity or visit (castles, old towns, etc...) We love this place as we love history, and would be happy to share about this. It is one of the most recognized regions of France for gastronomy, with foie gras, truffle, duck breast, etc... We can also help to learn french as well, an...
