Program Details

We expect all our volunteers to honor the agreement on what this experience is about: having fun, learn and experience to be part of a project of a small Mexican company like ours.

This includes learning our language: spanish.

Respect for others, regardless of their race, nationality, sexual orientation or religious background, good attitude, remarkable customer service and above all responsible, well behaved volunteers.

Our commitment to our volunteers is to make sure you also experience this opportunity as a traveler.

Activities & Shift

Since we are a very small establishment the activities arent that complicated, We have 12 beds in 2 Dorms and one private room at the GuestHouse; so daily duties are pretty solid and routinary. Divided in two different shifts, either morning our afternoon, some of the activities will involve to open kitchen for breakfast, mostly for volunteers, cleaning, organizing kitchen area. Housekeeping, Maintaining or preparing rooms for arrivals and departures, welcoming guests and such reception duties and every other time helping to tight loose screws.

We take very seriously the integrity of our guest and our volunteers, along with ours.

No drugs are allowed in premises, neither for their consumption or storage. Including Marihuana, as organic and harmless you may consider it, it is still illegal in Mexico.

We know its all about the fun, but no friends are allowed in the rooms, neither your one night stand. Flirting with guest is out of the question.

Getting hammered one night previous your morning shift might make you sleep in or being lazy due the sun it is normal, however we put all our volunteers under a two week trial.
