Program Details

New Life offers a wide variety of possibilities for volunteers to help and put their skills into practice. It is a great way to get some practical experience with yoga and meditation, agriculture, natural building, caring ducks, and more. You can enjoy the tranquility of the foundation and take the opportunity to take part in other workshops and activities.

Activities & Shift

There are yoga and meditation sessions every day, and plenty of other interesting activities which the volunteers can attend such as workshops, movie nights, dance, body scans, and singing meditation. We provide individual rooms with private bathrooms and three meals a day at a communal vegetarian buffet. We also have a salt-water pool and steam bath available for everyone’s enjoyment.

As we are a recovery community, all volunteers at New Life are required to be substance-free and alcohol-free for the duration of their stay at the foundation.
