It was my first time volunteering and it was an amazing experience! Everyone on the team was the best: Cracker!, Petra, Filip, Patrick, Marc, Luca.. I only have positive words and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to meet new people, practice their English and specially having fun and party everyday! I'm sure I will be back soon!

This was my first worldpackers experience, & I don't think I could've asked for a better one. From the minute I got there I felt so welcomed and at home. Petra, Cracker, Filip, Patrik, literally all the managers and other staff are such an amazing group of fun, loving people. The hours and tasks are very accurate to what is outlined, and there's great communication throughout the hostel team in case things happen. They truly want you to have a great time there. the hostel really became like a second home to me in my time here, & I can 100% say I will be back one day soon, Ninjas 4lyfe!!

What to say? Felipe was all for us. Help whatever we need, worked cleaning and bar shifts and even teach managers how to clean :-) . It was really easy to make a plan with him so you will be happy with having him. He is a bit bad in playing beer pong :-) but really nice guy and great person. Happy to meet him.

I was happy with the hours that i was set to work, and staff was super respectful of my work hours. The job was manageable, as it just involved changing sheets on beds and cleaning. The staff was really accommodating to my food allergies and I got along well with them!

The hostel is a party hostel what is fine but you live in an apartment 25min away from the hostel, full of bedbugs, the managers don't care about the volunteers, all the time threatening about kicking you out, the city is nice but there's not much to do, cero flexible, once I was 10 min late and they gave me 1 hour extra because of that. It's fun to go there if you want to party but you should consider the work and the treatment of the managers

Hi, thanks for your feedback. The managers deal with over 100 volunteers a year. They care about the volunteers as much as the volunteers care about the hostel. Yes, if you are late 3 time you will be asked to leave.

You wrote to us privately and said "I think you should consider more about the fact that we are volunteering and not in a paid position". You should consider the fact that we had an agreement and that your role was time sensitive as guests would like to check in at the advertised time, not when you feel like turning up. Thank you for leaving.
