Program Details

Volunteers must have a good work ethic, being willing to help with breakfast for the guests and prepared to clean up after the breakfast shift. The volunteer job is a relaxed position, where on the average day you will only be serving 3 - 5 couples. The menu consists of basic western breakfasts such as fruit platters, meusli and yogurt, eggs in all styles and omlettes. We also offer drinks such as Espresso's, Americano's, Tea and a variety of fruit shakes.

Activities & Shift

- Shift is 8:30 to 11:30am
- Activities include cooking, serving guests, and cleaning the kitchen and dining area.

- The volunteer should be able to take on the responsibility of the duties mentioned above.
- The volunteer would also be expected to be flexible and willing to help where help is needed.

It would be expected that the volunteer would have an open mind when it comes to the duties involved as every day is different and adaptability it key. This is a really good opportunity to grow personally, make good friends and experience the island paradise that is Koh Phayam.

It is also good to note that Koh Phayam is very different from other destinations in Thailand. It is very laid back and quiet, with a good mix of things to do, but in no way commercialized which makes the experience very unique.
