Program Details
Our team comprises usually of around 10 volunteers in addition to onsite staff. We all live on site together and share the space. We try to break down the barrier between guests and staff by sharing meal times and evening spa. We look for mature individuals, friends traveling together and couples to join our team. It is important that people are self-motivated and understand that we view this as a 'work exchange'. We keep things relaxed and also professional. We ask that when you are helping us, you focus on your shift and in return, we will provide you with a bed in our 'staff dorm'. Each dorm is a 5m bell tent in the forest (same as guests) with four single beds. We provide clean bed linen, duvets, pillows and blankets. We also provide you with clean towels. Breakfast and dinner are also provided. Bikes available to use, evening spa with guests is a highlight of our experience here!
Activities & Shift
We really appreciate your help! We ask 5hrs a day for 6 days a week. We are flexible with shifts if you wish to double up on a day to get an extra day off. We value your help and value what we give you in return. Essentially, you are given equal measure of services to our guests who pay to stay with us. Therefore, we ask that you view your help like a 'job' and give your best during that 5hr shift. Outside of you shift, you can relax and enjoy the benefits of Projekt-Kodu along with the guests!
