The Experience

We are building a food forest, permaculture design garden, chicken coop (Earthship earth rammed tires design). We do lots of construction -- includes pavers, flagstone, leach field (county is requiring it), natural pool, block shed. You can learn as much as you desire, clean, I teach all aspects of off grid living, permaculture, Aquaponics, garden that I know. No skills required. Just an emphasis on trying, doing your best, don't be afraid. Kei

I love this place. There is always a great view, of the mountains, in the day and, the stars, at night. The host is a really hard worker and is very accommodating to new and experienced travellers. I've learned a lot from the Host and from his expansive book collection. I definitely want to come back next year. - Cam
