The Exchange

Bring light and happiness to disadvantaged children and youth in Accra, Ghana. IAFRIVO works with orphanages in Ghana to improve the lives of disadvantaged children. Most of these children have lost their parents, or are from impoverished families or disenfranchised minority groups. Volunteers split their time between different duties at the orphanage. Volunteers spend time providing companionship and recreational activities.


What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Child Care: Get a new purpose in life educating and caring for children

Social Work: Help the local community.


What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: Have a private room to chill and relax just by yourself.

Shared Dorm: Be ready to meet people while staying in a shared dorm.

Team Dorm: You're part of a team! Get to know them in your dormitory.
